Namgay Tshering holds a Master of Information Technology and Systems and brings over 8 years of experience in ICT, with a strong track record in leading technical teams, developing IT strategies, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. He excels in managing complex technology projects, optimizing systems, and driving innovation to support organizational goals.
With expertise spanning ICT operations, system development, and strategic planning, Namgay combines technical proficiency with leadership skills to deliver solutions that enhance efficiency, security, and performance. His collaborative approach ensures that technology initiatives align with stakeholder needs and organizational objectives, making him a trusted leader in both project execution and team management.
Mr. Minjur Dorji – Finance and Marketing Lead
Minjur Dorji is a seasoned finance professional with a Master of Professional Accounting degree from Murdoch University. With nearly five years of experience as a Finance Officer at Dungsam Cement Corporation, he has developed a strong foundation in financial management, analysis, and planning. Minjur Dorji excels in strategic planning, teamwork, and leadership, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective strategies that drive collaboration and stakeholder engagement. He is passionate about serving the community and creating meaningful impact through initiatives that promote lasting engagement and social responsibility. Notably, despite being away from Bhutan, Minjur Dorji demonstrated his commitment to his country by initiating two major fund drives during critical times - the COVID-19 pandemic and the Kurtoe Khoma flood disaster - showcasing his dedication to supporting his community in need. As a leader in marketing initiatives, Minjur Dorji will leverage his expertise to drive business growth, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and deliver initiatives that make a positive difference.
