Deep in the Himalayas of Bhutan, Bhutan and India joined hands to build the Punatsangchhu hydropower projects. But in 2016, tragedy struck during the construction of Punatsangchhu-II when an underground collapse buried six Indian workers alive. Their bodies remained trapped beneath the mountain. Years later, the tunnels still hold the memory of that tragedy. What happened then was never truly forgotten. This is where our story.
